I reached out to DCS via text after midnight on a Wednesday for a restaurant. It was an emergency, but I was not trying to get emergency service and hoped to get service during normal hours but before the next dinner service. They responded the next morning and had a technician out by noon. The issue was resolved a couple hours before dinner service. Excellent response time for a first-time customer! They also kept me updated the entire time, from visit ETA through the diagnosis and through solving the problem. Couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did.
Another 5 stars for the guys at Capital Services. I’m a property manager in the area and they do fantastic work. Very detailed. I appreciate them going the extra mile to help. Prices are fair.
UPDATE 3: (see photo of fixture) Not only did they chip my tub, but I found out today why I was having overflow into my floor below with a bath. When they removed and replaced the tub plug, they allegedly cracked the fixture in multiple areas. So hundreds of dollars later… this is finally fixed and replaced, and I will need to replace the drain stopper (plug) since it slowly flow. Just be cautious, that is all. Just want to provide an honest experience.
UPDATE 2: I have to be honest, when it came to simple issues like clearing my drain or swapping out a tub plug - he performed. But on both occasions my major issue on tub overflow was never corrected and I mentioned...read full review
