They was great right off the bat! Came same day (I appreciated that). Chris was the most courteous plumber. He was efficient, smart and kept me informed, reasonable cost too!. I have used a lot of plumbers but will now only use this company.

I continue to be impressed with the technicians who have helped us. Very professional, personable, and competent. I have learned (the hard way) that you get what you pay for. These guys are worth the extra money in my book. We have been treated well.

Washington gas tagged a leak at the meter at midnight and shut my gas off without informing me. I called BF at 11am and was told if hear from them that evening. However, I heard from Chris shortly thereafter with a plan. He arrived early than they originally said because he called to say he'd finished another job earlier. Friendly, punctual, communicative, knowledgeable, flexible, efficient, respectful of my space and time... Everything you want in a contractor. He was great. He also checked my water heater upon my additional request. I highly recommend him.
