“I had one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had with a service repair. Our heater stopped working. Yosef came out yesterday. In his process of diagnosing the issue, he made a point to explain to me every step he was doing and pointing out different things. We had an issue with our tankless water heater because it was not powerful enough to provide consistent hot water to the upper floor of our home.
