“I reached out to DCS via text after midnight on a Wednesday for a restaurant. It was an emergency, but I was not trying to get emergency service and hoped to get service during normal hours but before the next dinner service. They responded the next morning and had a technician out by noon. The issue was resolved a couple hours before dinner service. Excellent response time for a first-time customer! They also kept me updated the entire time, from visit ETA through the diagnosis and through solving the problem. Couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did.“

“I thought I was looking at the need to replace a lot of underground drainage pipes around the house. I called Sky and asked if they could someone to evaluate the situation. They sent Mark who arrived at the promised time and was very knowldgable. He suggested that before deciding to scope all the pipes with the camera (which can be costly) he would run water through them. Luckily, all but one drained properly. Mark also, willingly navigated a very cramped crawal space to access the connections to the outdoor hose bib.
I was only charged for the time which was reasonable.
