Five stars for Richard Ernesto Mejia, the skilled plumber who provided service for our noisy, leaking toilets. He was TERRIFIC! Knowledgeable, smart, careful, & polite, Richard diagnosed the issues with each of our toilets and recommended options to remedy them. He put no pressure on us to choose one option over another. Richard removed the old toilets & installed new ones carefully, quickly & efficiently. He fit our work in between other obligations, so we didn't have to wait long for the new, functional toilets. He was careful to clean the bathrooms after the installation so they could be immediately used. Before leaving, he clearly explained all of the features of the new toilets so that we could take full advantage of them. We highly recommend Richard Ernesto Mejia & Michael & Son for expert, reliable plumbing service.

Kevin Dupree provided excellent service during his visit. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my AC and demonstrated a high level of knowledge and professionalism throughout the appointment. He took the time to answer all of my questions and thoroughly explained the problem and the recommended repair in a way that was easy to understand.

In addition to his expertise, Kevin was extremely friendly and courteous, making the entire experience a positive one. Although we need to wait for a special part to arrive before the repair can be completed, I have complete confidence in his work and am looking forward to having him return to finish the job.
