Chris did a great job. My only concern was having to wait 3 days during the extreme heat wave to get the A/C fixed. Being elderly and having both myself and my son with health issues was a problem. I know of one local company that prioritizes service to those with age or health issues, unfortunately they do not service these unusual water source systems.

We had a great experience with Michael and Sons. The tech called to inform us he would be able to arrive before the scheduled time. He explained the repair clearly to us and the price was reasonable. He also informed us of steps we need to take to prevent the issue in the future. Highly recommend!Services: HVAC system repair

Joshua was a very professional and competent plumber. Our toilet was very backed up and the pipe overflowed into our bathtub. He spent the time explaining to me what was happening and how he would fix it. He finished his work in a very timely manner and even cleaned up after, which I greatly appreciated! Overall, I am very pleased with the service.
