Called to fix leaky faucet. Scheduled right away, and appreciated no charge when it was determined faucet and controls needed replacement. Rescheduled for a few days later after I purchased new set. Both technicians were competent, respectful and clean. The reason for 4 stars was I felt the price charged was high/excessive. I was referred by an existing client who said the company charged reasonably. My fault for taking this for granted.
