I’m replacing my gas furnace which I purchased a Perry Aire predecessor some 10 years ago. I have been particularly pleased with it, but it finally wore out. I replaced it with a new gas furnace from Perry Aire and am particularly pleased with it as well.The technicians who installed it, Brendan and Ryan, were well trained and very professional. I would unreservedly recommend Perry Aire and its staff for any air conditioning or plumbing installation.

After researching many hvac & plumbing companies, I was fortunate to find Perry Aire to service my radiant floor heating. Brendon provide excellent service and took the time to explain what he was doing. He brought the necessary tools that included a thermal infrared camera to view the heat in the floors, and I'm more than satisfied with the results!

We are an HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Service company. We serve Commercial, Industrial and Residential customers in the Virginia, Maryland and DC regions. We are licensed, bonded and insured in all three jurisdictions in all 4 trades including gas. We are Carrier DDC Control Experts. We also use thermal imaging to locate leaky ductwork, radiant floor failures, water leaks, steam leaks, air leakage and non existent or poor insulation in buildings and homes. We are equipped with multiple thermal cameras to investigate these types of problems. We also use our thermal cameras to validate proper operation of complex plumbing and HVAC systems.
