“Fred Worth, the owner, was very straightforward and explained my options to me frankly and honestly. We began with the intention of fixing my old boiler, but when we found multiple additional problems, we came to the conclusion that I should replace it and my old water heater. Incidentally, I had asked him originally to replace all the valves on the old radiators, which no longer functioned. I also chose a high efficiency boiler unit and not only will that drop my Gas bill down significantly, I can turn the heat down a little bit in the rooms that get a bit too warm and the rooms, but I don’t use. That ought to help me save an additional few dollars each month and beat it all I get to apply for $800 rebate!

“On the very first Cold day of the season, our heat would not come on. We called an HVAC company. Upon troubleshooting the issue, the HVAC company monitor detected a clogged flue. I called two different chimney/fireplace companies. They both came out and determined it was not a clogged flue, but a plumbing issue. When I called B.McCall plumbing and explained what the three previous service people told me. B.McCall shared that it didn’t sound like a plumbing issue, but they would come out to check it out just the same. Both Senior and Kevin McCall came the next day. Turns out it was not a plumbing issue. They could see the frustration of not knowing what would be the next step to get the heat on in our home, Kevin McCall said that he would send someone out to help troubleshoot the issue and get the heat back on in our home especially since this issue had been dragging on for two weeks. The company Kevin sent came out the same day and the very next day the issue was resolved!
This is Excellent customer service, especially from a company that went beyond measure to help a family resolve a problem that was unrelated to plumbing. I will also add that I have used B. McCall in the past for Plumbing services and received Top Quality work and Excellent customer service.“
