“John is very thorough and thoughtful. He helped us find and understand a mysterious slow leak. Once he located it, he drove to the local hardware store to grab tub and tile silicone to fix it. I appreciated that when he removed two small sections of drywall, he did so cleanly enough that we could just pop them back in without needing to buy new drywall. We’ll just need to patch up the seams. Once he was done, he even used a dustpan to tidy up behind his work.“

He was polite and efficient, minimized the time the water was turned off, and did a great job. My only criticism is that I thought $1200+ that the company charged for two hours was exorbitant. I supplied the faucet.“
