I would recommend them with one caveat. When requesting service, demand an experience tech. My repair took 4 visits. Never saw the same tech twice, wondered. On the final visit my problem was diagnosed.
Excellent service and great communication. Despite some issues the scheduler had in communicating the arrival time for the technician, once he arrived and spoke with me about the issues we were having he was able to assess the problem and provide a fix. His name is Eduardo and I highly recommend asking for him when you schedule service or repair.
