James was absolutely great!. He was professional and accommodating. He came to the property simply to de-winterized and discovered some other issues that definitely needed immediate attention. I will be calling him back for future jobs for sure!

I was extremely impressed with Flood and their employee Joshua. Joshua was courteous, letting me know he was on the way and how away. He accessed my problem, took photos and discussed my options. Took him longer to discuss the options than it did to remedy the problem. Great employee you have. He’s a KEEPER. Thank you for excellent service.

I had the incorrect pump installed at my home unknown at the time but I called John C. Flood and within 24hrs they had a service rep at my home to evaluate and repair. Amazing!!! Great customer service from Harry Hudson.
