Fardeen Ferozi from John Flood was here today to work on a couple of things that he had recommended we replace/upgrade. We were happy with his first visit. Fardeen gave us careful explanations of his work and the work he suggested. The second visit was equally successful. He worked on our electrical surge protector and cleaned the outdoor condenser, which needed it :). Fardeen himself is a very nice person. Polite, friendly and industrious, and very appreciative of cold drinks and his deserved gratuity. Happy customers here! Cheryl & Richard

Mike also checked our water heater and found that while the tank was good, the overflow reservoir had failed. He replaced that.
He said our water is treated with cloramines that likely caused the balloon in the overflow to fail.
He recommended a whole house charcoal filter. We had been wanting one for some time. He explained how the system… read full review

What was presumed to… read full review
