“Our AC stopped working during a May heat spell. 85+ degrees inside the house. Rowan Team showed up checked everything (basement outside, attic, etc) explained their process of diagnosing the problem. Fixed the problem showed up the next morning to confirm the fix. Stressful situation turning into a positive respectful education experience and a problem solved. I will use their service again(though hopefully not soon) and I will be recommending them.”
