Comfort Zone (301-570-4957) is simply amazing. They came out when our AC died unexpectedly mid August. They showed up on a Friday night afterhours to see how they can help. We interviewed 3 different companies and they were top notch, hands down. They are a husband/wife team (go girl in this business). Mike and Gretta are honest and hard workers. They gave a recommendation and answered my 100 questions. I was ready to install a much more expensive unit and they explained why that was not necessary. I've been using these folks for a few years. I finally bit the bullet and got a whole new HVAC system for my townhouse. The care they took during installation was exemplary and it didn't go unnoticed how they cleaned up wiring, straightened messy plumbing, and caulked behind the thermostat like no one else has done before. That's why I didn't bid the job out. Having dealt with them in the past I knew I would get the best service. Price is only 1 piece and a low bid often comes with its own hidden expenses. Shawn and his team did an excellent job diagnosing the issue with one of our HVAC not cooling or turning on. The issue was with the circuit breaker , but after finding this and fixing, he ensured that the unit was working at optimum level and made sure that there was nothing else wrong with the unit.He and his team were professional, came within a few hours after reporting the issue.Highly recommend their company.
