When a customer needed to replace all the existing attic ducting in their older home, Rowan did a great job making and installing all new insulated ducting while also installing new Bosch heat pump systems. Rowan's pricing is appropriate for the quality of their work, and they are highly recommended for their expertise in proper system installation. The company has also demonstrated their problem-solving skills, as they were able to expertly and promptly solve the retrofit issues when installing a new furnace and AC in a customer's house. Rowan's technicians are courteous, respectful, and ensure a clean work site daily. Additionally, they took the time to train a customer on monthly and quarterly maintenance to help keep their geothermal system running smoothly.
Our AC stopped working during a May heat spell. 85+ degrees inside the house. Rowan Team showed up checked everything (basement outside, attic, etc) explained their process of diagnosing the problem. Fixed the problem showed up the next morning to confirm the fix. Stressful situation turning into a positive respectful education experience and a problem solved. I will use their service again(though hopefully not soon) and I will be recommending them.
As highly acclaimed World Renewed Specialist in the field; I find the Rowans' to be Morally Sound, Ethically Bound and Above MOST in Our Field that has become More than a Gravy Train to the Snake Oil Salesmen (so to Speak). The obsurb immulations of the HVAC field of yesteryear vs,. TODAY is a Tale for another time but if you want the Best in the WEST I recommend this Group Hands DOWN!
Rowan is a unique HVAC company in part because they fabricate duct work in-house. When I needed to replace all of the existing attic ducting in my older home, they did a great job making and installing all new insulated ducting and installed new Bosch heat pump systems at the same time. Pricing is appropriate for the quality of their work. Highly recommend, hard to find companies that install duct work anymore or care about proper installation of systems.
