“Updated Review May 2026:
The prior heating repair completed by DesignFlow did solve our heating problem but then our AC took a nose dive a few weeks later (our whole system is 25 yrs old). Their technicians were dispatched again, they came right away- this time for our AC (bc we went from cold days to warmer days end of April) They told us our unit is slowing going to fail us once the temps hit 80°. They were right! Temps hit 80+ and boom- no cool air. We decided to replace our entire hvac system- furnace & AC. DesignFlow to the rescue! Chad and Daniel came this week and it was a great experience once again. They worked morning to night to get the new system in. This company wins the award for customer service excellence! From sales, to scheduling, to service, and payment process- A+ company. Excellent communication! Very professional, friendly, prompt, knowledgeable, skilled! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

Excellent experience! Our furnace stopped working. We called Design Flow. They answered the phone, the Representative was friendly & informative. Scheduling was simple. Ashton & Daniel arrived same day, on time, and got right to work. They diagnosed the problem, completed the repair efficiently, we now have heat (it’s been a cold April), and these two men were very knowledgeable, extremely professional, friendly and so kind. “Our heat stopped blowing yesterday around 5pm. I was able to go to the website and request a next morning appt. window of 8-12. By 7 am it was 55 degrees in our house. The technician arrived by 930am and had the heat back on by 1030am. Cody was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend!“
