My cozy home was no longer cozy apparently because my oil tank had run out of even fumes on which to work. Chilly pre-Spring days and nights are not the time to learn that many area fuel companies have already switched to swimming-pool maintenance mode. However, it is also the time to be reminded that the more dependable companies always seem to be those which are operated by the same family for several generations. (In point of fact, the Burtonsville Fuel Company just recently added the fourth generation of the owner-family to the business.) We recently moved into our new home and we’re completely unfamiliar with having an oil furnace to heat the house. We ran out of oil and after the delivery, we couldn't get the furnace to ignite. We called back and they had someone out within the hour to fix the problem. Everyone is pleasant and very helpful!
