I have an older system and was afraid they were just gonna try and sell me a new system. But that’s not what happened. The prices were super reasonable. Of all of the companies I contacted, including the one that typically services our unit, Abend was the only one available and willing to come out. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and even included a picture of who would be arriving. I also appreciated their use of shoe covers, as I don’t typically wear shoes in the home.
