The entire experience I had with the CroppMetcalfe team was exceptional. Starting from my initial Sales call and walk-thru with Lora H. I was impressed. They treat their customers with sincere care and concern. The installation was also above expectation. The team led by Cody M. arrived ready to work! I asked a few questions during the installation and they took the time to answer everything. They were very professional the entire time and left the areas they worked in spotless. I would recommend them for another major HVAC installation or repair.
Julieann Govan performed a maintenance check on my a/c and [possibly] the furnace. She was so helpful, especially regarding the purchase of filters, which CroppMetcalfe no longer supplies gratis, and which should be replaced every three months. She was professional, helpful and showed me exactly where the filters should be placed, how to get there, which panel needed to be opened and how to open it to perform the replacement. She definitely earned her 5 stars!
