I caller Ron Air for an estimate after our furnace went out on the coldest day so far this year. (we already knew it needed to be replaced from a prior issue but didn't know it was going to give out completely so soon). Mark came out promptly and inspected the unit for the estimate, and even managed to get it working again with a simple fix that we would never have thought of. Thanks to him, we didn't have to suffer this cold snowy weekend. He also answered some basic homeowner maintenance questions I had. So grateful for the above and beyond service during a free estimate.

After years with our HVAC person, he retired and of course we had an issue before contracting with a new company. After calling a few places that couldn’t come for 3 days, a friend recommended Ron-Air and a tech was at my home in 3 hours and I’m happy to report we have cold air in this 90 degree weather. The tech was prompt, professional and answered all my questions. They were easy to deal with from the very polite and compassionate person (she took pity on me) I spoke to on the phone (Melissa) to the tech (Devin). I highly recommend this company and look forward to doing business with them in the future.Service: A/C system repair

Ron Air is a first rate company for HVAC needs. They service both my home and office. Always responsive and go out of their way to provide any necessary service in as timely a manner as possible.
