They took the time to lay down tarps and left my laundry room (where the furnace is) cleaner than when they got there. The Boss Polo is a very good , efficient man even though he is quiet. Our AC broke 3 days ago before our big family flying to visit from overseas today. He helped us to find a unit immediately and installed in one day. Since he is PEPCO contractor and gives us a great discount which including pepco rebate, carrier rebate and their company discount, we ended to have him change our gas furnace to match AC as well. The crew is efficient and cleans up work area very well afterwards.
This is why we think this company deserves 5 stars and beyond.
One more to add: my hot water heater leaked yesterday and we had to turn off the valve to prevent its leaking to whole basement. I was panic because our guests arriving today would not be able to shower during their 10 days stay here. Polo came immediately this morning to replace a new hot water heater with an expansion tank. Again he and his crew are very efficient and cleaned up very well afterwards.
