After evaluating estimates, I went with Frederick Air based on a willingness to discuss in detail the limitations of the current system and design a new system that would meet the requirements of a 2500+ sf house with a significant southern exposure. Went with a 2 zone variable speed system that provides just what is required on those really hot muggy days to the zone(s) that require it. The system has a great dehumidification feature which is making a notable difference as well. The installation was completed in a day and was performed in a prompt and professional manner. A clear explanation was given on the system and how to control it from the thermostat in zone 1 and smart sensor in zone 2. All in all a job very well done.“

Phoned Warner and within 3 of calling the office manager called, texted, and emailed me our appointment… I appreciated the text that displayed the service technician's photo and name as I had to leave my wife alone for work!Matt Danner was thorough, and professional and explained to her the motor had gone bad- thank goodness!!! Two years ago another company suggested that I upgrade my HVAC system. Matt said it’s an older system and it’s great working condition and the motor was the original motor. He didn’t try to upsell or inflate the price!! The new motor has since been installed, and we are very happy!!!“
