We were impressed with the service and timely manner we encountered! We came home from vacation to find that our GeoThermal heating and cooling system was not working...We made a Sunday night phone call, the office manager, Tashia called first thing on Monday AM, she dispatched a tech to diagnose the problem. That was Ashton Brown, he found the problem, communicated with the office to place the order for the part! We received outstanding service. The technician (Ashton) arrived early and quickly diagnosed the problem. He found that a connector on one of the 2 refrigerant hoses between the indoor and outdoor units was loose. This condition prevented coolant from circulating between units. The entire diagnostic process was very quick (less than 1/2 hour. Ashton was very polite and thoroughly explained what he found! Very impressive. We will only call for this company and Ashton if we have problems with any of our other 4 mini-splits.
When we bought our home, we knew one of the oil furnaces was disconnected and assumed it needed to be replaced. The inspector said the other two were beyond their normal useful life but still worked. What we didn’t expect was that we couldn’t get the property insured unless we agreed to replace all three heating and cooling systems within a month!
