“I originally utilized their services back in June 2023. Because of a roof inspection it was uncovered that the dryer vent was clogged. I contacted Duct Doctor and they sent a team to inspect the drier vent as well. Because the vent was very clogged, they agreed to clean it again; they felt that the previous cleaning was not completed properly. As a result there was no charge. This strengthens the integrity of the Duct Doctor business and I will definitely use them again. Kudos to Nitin“
“We are long time customers of Comfort Temp Heating & Cooling. They installed our heat pump and central a/c at our home over 14 years ago. Had them come out to service and repair our system a couple times and feel they are honest and their rates are fair. We also had them install 3 mini split ductless units in two of our commercial rentals within the past year and we are pleased with the end results. Overall we are extremely satisfied with their services and feel they are very professional, do good work, reliable and experienced. We will continue using them for our future heating and air condition needs and highly recommend their services.“

“I was given referrals to 4 HVAC companies for a quote on a new AC and choose this owner-operated one because I was so impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner, who came out himself to see what was needed. Both he and his staff arrived on time for the inspection and installation. Three staff members were assigned for the installation and they were all so nice. “Unbelievable Service ! We have well water and woke up one morning and had no water pressure. I called them an there were 2 qualified service techs, Mike Jr and Billy, out to our house in under 2 hours. I explained that the last time this happened I had to replace my water pump. They could have easily replaced my pump for a very expensive repair. Instead, they took their time to identify the problem and ended up fixing our pressure switch. Thanks Guys, you're our go to plumber for life !“

“Just had Charles A. Klein & Sons install 2 new furnaces/ACs essentially a business day before Xmas & could not be happier with the outcome. The hvac techs did world class job installing the new equipment, 2 systems in one day! They are efficient and most of all do things professional grade. They left me with no complaints and even did things I would have wanted done without me having to ask. They rerouted a drain line so it didn't cross the middle of the room like the old system installation, for example. They upgraded prior installation to code, which was most important! They cared about doing things the right way! Install looks sharp! Carl and Christy were spot on recommending the new Trane systems. House feels more comfortable in December than it had with old furnances. I feel like I'm going to save money too because systems get temperature to set point fast. Would recommemd them to all my family and friends. Will be using them again for next system.Prior reviewMy experience so far with CK&S is to obtain an estimate to replace 2 furnaces and prepare to schedule the work. I can say so far these guys are world-class. Worked with Christy and Carl in detail, and the ladies who answer the phone are sooooo professional and helpful! I have worked with a lot of other companies, probably 6, and these guys are a cut above the rest. Can't say enough good things about Cristy and Carl. Christy can even do load calculations to size your equipment properly. But I love them most of all because their prices blow other companies out of water. This is #1 reason I'm going with them. CK&S gave me an estimate for an AC & furnace for less then 2 other companies gave me for a JUST A furnace. And I'm getting the top brand equipment, better than brands in the other 2 quotes I got. Could not be happier with my experience so far. Highly recommend these guys.“
