Outstanding customer service. We had a very clogged main drain behind our kitchen sink in the wall. The clogged pipe was sending sewage up through our drain into our kitchen sink. Our technician named Toby was fantastic. Very determined after several tries to get the snake to go in the proper direction it was a success. If you need quality plumbing with great customer service, this is the company to use.

The Endo my dentist referred me to did not take my Mutual of Omaha dental insurance. I have never had a root canal. I found Sterling Endodontics on the web, called them and they answered and verified they took my insurance. Scheduled an appointment for Dr. Seung / Glen Burnie. Alyssa from Sterling called the day before my appointment to confirm and provide me an estimate of my out of pocket. Finally found the office way around the back of the complex. We started right at my appointment time ++ They took some diagnostic Xrays before I saw Dr. Seung.. He ran a couple tests to verify my root was dead. Dr. Seung said the next step was a root canal. It would take 30 minutes. I said I’m here let’s do it! So he proceeded. Two painkiller injections, some drilling and lots of flushing and I was done in 30 minutes. No pain. Minor discomfort keeping my mouth propped open. Professional, Courteous, and Efficient. I was on my way home within an hour total. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STERLING.

I show up wanting my hair braided I went to several hair braiding shops that day trying to get my hair done but the vibe and energy was off in all the shops except for when I walked into Solange Hair braiding salon. She was so nice and approachable so very welcoming. I got small knotless braids waist length and they were so beautiful, neat, and the parts were so neat and the same size over my entire head. I was not in there very long to beautiful queens were braiding my hair and they did an excellent job. Forgive because I did not get their names but hope they will be there when I return. If you are looking for a wonderful braiding shop you need to run don't walk down to Solange Hair Braiding Salon the best shop I've been too.?

We have been using F.H Furr for about a year now with a couple issues, ranging from hvac to now electrical. Our electrician George was phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable about his trade and made everything easy for me to understand. Pretty much had our issue squared away in about 15 minutes. They continue to be the only company I've had come out multiple times in which I have still have had zero issues with. Would recommend 100%.

We have hired Spotless Cleaning Service twice now because of their excellent work. We have hired them for a whole house cleaning before we rent our home out for commissioning week! They are so mindful of the details and the little spots that other cleaners often overlook. Sara, the owner, is professional and easy to communicate with. I usually don’t like to hire cleaners because sometimes it feels like you pay a lot for a job that I could have done better, but not with Spotless Cleaners! They do amazing work!!
Licona cleaning service has been cleaning my home for 5 years. They have been outstanding when it comes to attention to detail and being consistent in the way that they’ve cleaned our homes over the years. Also, whenever I’ve asked them to clean a particular area a certain way, they are always responsive and open to feedback. Great folks and great crew. Following an install of carpet for our upstairs bedrooms we had a cleaning crew come out for a move out house cleaning. When they turned the faucet on upstairs water leaked everywhere. Called Shaun and briefed hi. On it and within an hour he was at my house fixing my plumbing. That's the type of work and quality care that customers love to see. Highly recommend mallory carpets for your carpet needs.

I made delivery here twice. Both time my appointment time was set for 11PM. They wont take you early. They are big parking lot. They allow Overnight parking. Quick unloading. No restrooms.
Petra Contractors redid our bathroom. Put in a new bathtub, floor and new tile and repainted. They did an amazing job. Our bathroom looks so much brighter. I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
Nelson was also very reasonable when we had to make some adjustments and wasn't focused on nickel-and-diming
us but rather making sure we were satisfied with the project.

The actual tree services provided were top notch the team is clearly skilled at what they do. My only small critique would be the initial scheduling process there was a slight mix up on the start time for the land clearing. However the crew handled it professionally once I called and the quality of the work and the thoroughness of the debris removal more than made up for the delay. Great choice for anyone needing reliable tree care.

This office is simply amazing, and it all starts with Danielle and Jenn. Danielle is the heartbeat of the front office — warm, welcoming, and always on top of everything. She makes scheduling and any paperwork a breeze and goes out of her way to make every visit smooth and stress-free.
Jenn, the hygienist, is incredible. She’s thorough, gentle, and has such a calming way about her that makes you actually enjoy going to the dentist. She explains everything, answers questions with patience, and truly cares about your comfort and health.
And of course, Dr. Schulman is an excellent dentist who ties it all together with his skill and professionalism.

I had an amazing experience with Glen Burnie Oral Surgery Associates. Destinee was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, and the nurses were so kind and comforting. Dr. Souri was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and he did a great job explaining the procedure so I knew exactly what to expect both before and after surgery. I truly cannot say enough good things about this facility—from the receptionist to the nurses and assistants to the doctor, everyone is exceptional at what they do.
I was in need of a check-up and cleaning following my retirement from the military and this office offered me a very thorough cleaning and an overall pleasant experience. The front office staff, Emily and Erica, were exceedingly polite and professional and got me in to see the doctor in a very expeditious manner. Dr. Lee was thorough, professional, and very gentle with my cleaning. This was very refreshing after being told by the military that you’re expected to bleed. I will be bringing my daughter back to this office for her first dental experience as I know that Dr. Lee and the office staff will take care of of her.

The staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. They fill their appointments up fast. I've been going regularly since Feb. The laser has helped, but I have several issues to work on. They seem to need more staff to deal with the demand, but I don't feel like just another number there.

After getting a precautionary XRAY for my daughter's shoulder, I was about to meet with Sports Medicine Doctor to get evaluated thinking we needed an MRI ordered. At the recommendation of two friends, we chose to meet with Adam first. Glad we did. He was able to make my daughter's shoulder so much better after just one treatment. I highly recommend a consultation before going Sports Medicine route.
Edit: I had to send one of my cats to the big cat tree in the sky today and the staff were truly so helpful, compassionate, and informative. Everyone there is truly so kind and I am so grateful that my baby spent her last moments surrounded by love.
I truly have to thank this clinic and their staff from the bottom of my heart. They squeezed me in for an emergency visit day of despite being fully booked. I came in with my cat a sleep deprived crying wired mess and left feeling so much better. The prices were very affordable for a student like me and everyone was so kind. I don't care that it's a 30+ minute drive away, this is my new clinic. If I had the money to pay them full price I would because they're good people.
In 40 years of owning pets, I have never found a vet more caring, competent and professional than Dr. Lisa Jones. My 3 Italian Greyhounds love going to see her for both emergency and routine care. I sincerely recommend Dr. Jones to anyone searching for outstanding veterinary care.

Came in today for a dental exam for my pug! I found the staff to be very pleasant and friendly. Dr. Cox is very compassionate and I was extremely happy with today’s visit! My pug has found his forever doctor :)
Today, we unfortunately had to put our 12-year-old boxer down. It’s an incredibly tough time, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am that this was our veterinary office.
My appointment today was at 3 p.m., and I assume from our earlier phone call they knew how emotional this would be for us. They had us come through a different entrance so that when I carried Roxi in, we were able to go straight back to a private comfort room. From the very beginning, the vet tech, doctor, and front desk staff made sure nothing came as a surprise. They walked us through everything step by step and were extremely patient, never rushing us for a moment.
One thing I appreciated more than I can say was that they handled all of the paperwork ahead of time. When everything was done, we were able to walk directly outside to our car instead of sitting in a waiting room. To be honest, we weren’t in any state to talk to anyone, and that level of thoughtfulness meant the world to us. They also made sure we knew—repeatedly—that we were in no rush and could stay with Roxi as long as we needed. No one should ever feel rushed when saying goodbye to a loved one, and they made sure we never did. I greatly appreciated the Doctor doing an exam prior, it’s comforting hearing from a professional that I was making the right decision.
We chose cremation for Roxi, and they already had that process thoughtfully set up for us as well—something I hadn’t even thought about in advance. Every detail was handled with compassion and care.
These are amazing people doing a job that families dread, and I’m so thankful we trusted them to give our Roxi peace. I plan to call tomorrow to personally thank them again for everything they did for us This memory will stick with us forever, and I’m truly grateful this’s where we went.

Kait, Alex, Shelly and all the PTAs and PT techs here are so wonderful. They’ve helped me so much with multiple conditions and are always so kind, helpful, and patient. Shelly at the front desk is awesome and super communicative and friendly and overall fantastic at her job. If you’re looking for a PT practice where they provide compassionate care, a welcoming environment, education regarding your conditions and how PT helps, and a great staff, this is the place. PT in general can be so helpful for so many things, and this is the place to go. They also offer dry needling at this location if you need it!
I’ve gone to physical therapy here for two injuries in the last year and a half. I’ve been to several different physical therapy facilities over the years. I can tell you that this place is a step above. Chris and his team truly care and it shows. I also took my brother here for rehab after he had a two strokes. Their caring and compassion can only be matched by their knowledge and understanding. They recently changed their name to Gardner physical therapy. They are a family owned facility and I believe that makes the difference between them and the big corporate facilities. I just had my shoulder replaced and I’ll need physical therapy soon. There’s no other rehab physical therapy facility that I would even consider. I highly recommend. Thanks

Ms April is a boss, been 20 yrs since I drove, I had some small MVA issues on day of road course. She helped me out tremendously to solve them and help get back one the road after 20 yrs.... Good people's very nice, prompt and courteous.
