Although it hasn't been ideal with the hairstylists that I've had leaving after getting used to them, they never seem to leave because they are unhappy just because they are moving or advancing careers. Always friendly, always clean, relaxing atmosphere. They've never tried to upsell me but are eager to offer me services when I inquire. I can't think of a negative experience in almost 10 years of coming here.“
“Update!!!Second visitWent in with no idea what I wanted for my hands but knew I loved my blue flowers and sparkle toes from first visit that I wanted blue for my toes with sparkles of course! The lady who did my nails this time had the same color on her nails! I loved it so fun! After she had me feeling like I was walking on clouds, I finally decided to ditch the tips and try a cool funky polish. I really liked cat eye polish and it doesn't disappoint! It's been a week and so far my nails still look amazing!Both of the technicians I worked with during my visit there were so nice and really did make me feel so much better! ? Your talents have gotten me many compliments so thank you very much!Original visitWent in and showed the nail tech what I wanted and he absolutely delivered! “In the past 2 years I’ve been to 4 different spas for pedicures. All were disappointing. My last place the woman didn’t speak ANY English which was alright except that she didn’t cut my nails the way I wanted and this caused problems with my shoes. THEN I FOUND NAIL CLUB! What s breath of fresh air!! I liked the set up of the spa, I was taken to a different anc quieter room away from the main area which is important to me because I can relax and enjoy my pedicure. ‘Lisa’ offered me something to drink (how nice!) and asked me to explain just how I wanted my nails done. She gave special attention to my ingrown toenail and later I actually walked out of the spa without pain in that toe!! The first time in s long time! The message was so nice and relaxing. Lisa actually messaged my feet as well as my legs and IT WASNT A REPETATIVE MOTION like some women will do . (Boring!) all in all I LOVED MY EXPERIENCE AT NAIL CLUB!! I actually gave Lisa an extra big tip because I was so pleased! And I’m cheap?? I will recommend this spa to all of my friends!
