“Nicole was clearly very experienced and knowledgeable.I know nothing about hair, what is or isn’t possible, what will look good, etc. My hair is naturally a medium brown & I told Nicole I wanted to go as blonde as possible while being able to let it grow out & not have to get my hair done often - which I feel like is a bit of an oxymoron because going super blonde needs more maintenance. I also wanted very very cool in tone, even slightly purple. Nicole was able to understand what I was hoping for & use her professional knowledge & experience to come up with a solution that goes for what I’m hoping for while giving me something that looks good & natural. She did thin highlights on top to keep it natural & low maintenance while adding bigger highlights underneath to give more blonde with any chunkiness staying hidden. And she was able to achieve the tone I was going for - very very cool & almost purple.She was able to schedule me for just a tone for next time - which will be cost effective & quick while maintaining the tone I like. That’s very helpful because I procrastinate scheduling appointments & I never would’ve thought myself to just come in for a tone.Nicole was also very nice & easy to talk to. I wanted a new colorist for a while & was dreading the awkwardness of spending that much time with someone new, but Nicole was very personable, genuine, & not awkward.“

“OMG where do I begin? First and foremost let me start off by saying the shop is so pretty. I love the aesthetic. The vibe was welcoming and friendly. The owner is beyond amazing. I have been a natural girly for over 10 years but the last year I really let my hair go. Aliah did an amazing job with detangling my hair & doing my slick press. Omg it came out so beautiful. When she showed me my hair I cried. It was tears of joy and excitement. This salon is also big girl friendly! They made me feel so comfortable. Her daughter was awesome she washed the hell out my hair which was def needed. I really appreciate this experience. Sometimes life gets in the way especially when your a mom of two disabled children. This was one of the best experiences I've have had since I moved to MD. I found my go to salon & it was everything. The other stylist that work there look like they do an amazing job too. I saw several different people leaving during my time there and their hair looked so good. The shop was also clean . My hubby loves my hair and so do I. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ?? ??“

“Brow service is good, I get my lashes done here too and I will say it depends on who does them. 90% of the time they are great and last about 3 weeks but it was 2-3 times where I felt the person rushed it and they were coming off after just 2 days. Overall tho everything is usually great“
