Let's start with the customer service it's top notched. Tony makes you fill welcomed when you walk in till the moment you walk out. My nail tech Ro is the best. I give him an idea and he kills it. I've been to several different shops since i've been in Maryland and I finally found my home. Book here today!!

I have been going to Vox Nails for 3yrs, and Kevin has always been consistent with my nails ? my husband and I go to NUNU for our pedicures, and she is fantastic as well. You are served wine, and they are not stingy with portions. Tony, the admin, is efficient and a nice guy and runs the shop like a well-oiled machine.

My first time experience was good after being recommended here. The nail spa is gorgeous and very comfortable. Loved how my nails came out. I do think what would have made the difference for me to make this 5 stars would have been better customer service. This place has a very long way to go in that area. For the price you pay you can get great customer service at other salons across the area who are more friendly and welcoming but overall I would recommend.
