They did a wonderful job and we had some minor issues with some plants that did not survive and they could not have been more cooperative in replacing them as needed. Even a couple that were from mole/vole destruction. They certainly did not have to do that. That would not usually be under warranty. Evergreen Gene’s nursery is a small but wonderful nursery that has the most healthy plants. “I was extremely pleased with the service from Universal Tree Expert. I phoned them on 3/9/24 to get an estimate for pruning my Crepe Myrtle tree which is the centerpiece of my front lawn. They provided me with the free estimate the same day and my tree was beautifully pruned a few days later. There was no damage ro my existing landscape and all debris was removed. The service providers Nick and Tony were friendly, courteous and professional. The cost of the pruning was reasonable. I am planning to have several large trees removed from the rear of my home and Universal Tree experts will be the company I contact. Give them a call I am sure you will be pleased.“
