Wouldn’t be where I am in my fitness journey without him! Michael Oyefusi is another awesome trainer who has also helped me get great workouts in and is a pleasure to work with. He’s always energetic and easy to talk to about whatever I may be struggling with while working out. Overall great experience with both of these trainers, highly recommend.“

“First of all, I love this place. And that is a miracle.I’m someone who dealt with low energy and frustration behind the fits and starts of “going back to the gym.” My diet, routine, and schedule were all superseded by work and frankly, low motivation. Eventually I realized that the only person capable of getting me to do anything was ME, and luckily, I found Capacity Fitness and Nutrition. I had NO desire to do what looked like CrossFit, calisthenics, or anything new, so I waited to see if the feeling to get myself together was fleeting.I saw Hugh Green in my Instagram feed with a challenge for busy professionals, and as a dare to myself, I contacted him, and he immediately reached out to set up an in person interview. I’m so glad he reached out to help me.I was so impressed with his rapid response and easy going, professional approach to my very own fitness plan. He spells it out, works one on one with me, doesn’t let me get down on myself, and challenges me every single work out. Hugh pushes you by showing you that you should believe in YOU, because he does. His support and encouragement make the challenge of the WODs attainable, even if difficult. I honestly look forward to my early morning WODs with him because he makes the most of the time we have while keeping things upbeat and fun (however challenging lol).I had to make a decision to keep a commitment to myself and stick with this program, and the changes I’ve seen physically and mentally are amazing. In the past I have bailed on myself before I saw results, but this time, I’ve stuck with him and lost 13lbs of body fat and put on lean muscle. My habits (diet, meal planning, day planning, gym commitment) have improved immensely thanks to Hugh and Capacity Fitness.The plan he created for me details the importance of rest, diet, water intake, and movement apart from just gym work. It’s a wholistic approach to helping me build and maintain a lifestyle plan that truly works, and the impact of that plan and the commitment I made to it has been a game changer.Capacity Fitness is a fun, welcoming, and supportive gym. It’s all business, so don’t expect frills. This place is focused on getting you fit and keeping you challenged. “Great full service and friendly boutique gym. Joined because work schedule mandated a gym which was open at 5AM. Usually share the 0500-0600 with maybe 1-2 others. Have come to appreciate more and more ease of use and availability of bottles waters, celcius and vitamins in a pay as you go format.At a little over a buck a day- it’s the best value for the money for sure!“

“What a place! I was nervous about finding a gym after moving since I had a solid CrossFit gym before I came to Baltimore. What a gem, this place is fantastic for everyone. It doesn't matter if you've been doing CrossFit for 10 years or 10 minutes, the coaches are wonderful people who will help your form and make fitness fun. Also the facility has all the toys and equipment you can dream of in the main gym and a 80s Rocky style basement gym if you want to work on your own programming or rehab. Sad to have moved away, but thank you for a magical year in Baltimore.“

“This gym is awesome!! I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town. If I was local, I’d probably make this my home gym.From the first interaction via email to my last workout there, I loved everything about Old Line CrossFit. The coaches were friendly, knowledgable, welcoming, and helpful in each days movements and workouts. The programming was really great - it had a mix of strength, cardio, and challenge… I even hit a new overhead squat PR while dropping in! The location is easy to find and there is plenty of parking onsite. The gym was well kept - equipment put away, clean, and set up really nicely. I also really enjoyed the other members in class - encouraging, welcoming, and consistent. In my opinion the community, programming, and staff of a CrossFit gym can make or break your experience - and overall I had a 10/10!If you’re considering checking out CrossFit for the first time, finding a new place to call home, or just dropping in from out of town - don’t look anywhere else. “I love a lot of Gyms in Baltimore but this gorgeous facility remains the last word on everything that a Gym can be and do and do well. The atmosphere of the Historic Bank of America building is powerful yet welcoming every time that I enter this Gym and I feel really fortunate to have access to such a great array of supportive and Functional Equipment with my goals constantly evolving and the Gym offering a platform to remain consistent is a real cornerstone of what every Gym should be. I used to be a Member Years ago and plan on enrolling again as soon as I'm officially moved in to my new apartment.“

“When I lived in Baltimore I attended 3+ classes a week at Pilates House and I absolutely loved it. I recently moved and have found another local Pilates studio. Let me just tell you that I wish I was still able to attend PH. I was VERY lucky to have Pilates House. I have yet to find a single Pilates studio that challenges me the way Pilates House did. If you are debating whether or not to sign up at PH, I’m telling you that you will be challenged more than any other studio and you will be in the best shape of your life. THE absolute best studio I’ve ever attended.. hands down. Also, shout out to Alex! She taught some of the most intense, but rewarding workouts ever.“
