I have used Bugout for a few years now and have had excellent customer service. The technicians that come and spray are friendly and respectful to myself and my home. The lovely ladies behind the scene , setting up appointments, taking payments, etc. are awesome as well. Most of our conversations are done via voice mail due to my work hours, so lots of phone tag, but they always got me covered. Recommend them for sure.. and as for the bugs... what bugs.. :)

I recently called Bugout to do some preventative pest maintenance at our home. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. Technician was knowledgable and answered all my questions. Prices seem fair. We will continue to use their services.Service: General pest inspection

I can't recommend Bug Out Pest Control enough! Their technicians are absolutely wonderful. They are punctual, polite and professional. In just one month, they virtually rid my house of mice, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Their expertise and dedication to solving the problem were truly impressive.
