After several months of disappointment I finally found someone who took the time to care. I kept scheduling appointments & they keep on being canceled but not by me. After many hours of on the phone pleading for I got an appointment & it was Dontae. He is vert through he cared. He found the problem because he cared. so willing to help. He found the problem, explained it to me & ordered parts. Ge has to be an asset to Sears.whe the parts come I only want Dontea to repair. THANK YOU DONTAE FOR CARING
Ali was great, very knowledgeable, communicated well and explained everything he was doing and the results in a way that was easy to understand. Ali was polite, well spoken and very personable. If I could give him than 5 stars I would.
My washer was not repairable but the service received from Ali was top notch.
The repair people on both days, first to come diagnose and order the part and then the second person who fixed the dryer were wonderful people fast and respectful. My problem is with the automated system that kept making me reschedule at the end of each day for three days straight of waiting until the end of the day because I kept making early appointment windows and getting pushed back. My dryer broke Sunday was diagnosed and part ordered Monday after waiting past my window by hours. I got the part on Tuesday delivered. Made an appointment Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Each day at the end of the day I was told to reschedule. My Friday appointment window was 0700-1100....read full review
