I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews because my experience was GREAT. Like many others, our Home Warranty company assigned Honest Plumbing to our request (we were originally assigned another company but they couldn’t come until next week).

Anyway, I called Honest Plumbing and they were able to come the following day to service a leaking pipe in our kitchen that leaked through to the basement.

Not only did he show up early, fixed the issue, showed me what he did but he also recommended another provider who could fix the dry wall that was damaged by the water. Great experience and I really appreciate the quick turnaround on this!

My partner and I have a warranty for our home and we noticed the plumbing was very bad. The warranty people was able to help us and found Honest Plumbing for us. Boyfriend had to leave work 4 hours early because they were coming to check out the plumbing and they never showed up. We made many calls and they picked up saying his phone died and was still coming. Never showed up. After many calls and emails, they were unprofessional with not letting us know anything. Losing money on work for this company to stood us up? Ridiculous.

My home warranty referred me to this business. I’ve been calling as well as my tenant. We were told they would come out on 11/20/23. No one ever called or showed up to the appointment. No one has answered our calls or replied back to our messages. I would not refer this company to anyone.
