Based on the reviews, Parke West Cleaners is a solid, reliable dry cleaner. The staff is friendly, kind, and provides amazing customer service. Items dropped off come back wonderful and on time, with stains removed and suits returned like they were brand new. Alterations on pants are also perfect. It is a very nice family owned business where the owners treat customers and garments with respect and care. Customers can walk in without an appointment and get garments altered within a week. Everyone works very hard to provide great service.
I had a couple of shirts with stains and suits that I had put off getting cleaned. They came back like they were brand new. I had a couple of pants that I needed altered as well and they were perfect. I couldn’t recommend more. I’ve been going here for years and I don’t know how these other reviews could have such bad service when I’ve yet to see it.
the owners of Parke West Cleaners are very kind to their customers and treat you and your garments with respect and care. I go there for all my alterations as well and you don't need an appointment you can walk in and get serviced and within a week get your garments altered. Very nice family owned business would recommend to anyone in the Glen Burnie area
My favorite and preferred local cleaner. They are always so courteous and friendly when I drop off my clothes. I receive text messages when my dry cleaning is ready. My order is usually ready before the receipt.
