For over twenty years I have received Victor's expert service and appreciated his sensitivity to the requirements/requests of his clients. I have witnessed exquisite outcomes from his superb coloring and cuts and personally received great hair care coaching from Victor when indicated. Always responsive to a client, he makes every effort to fit me into his schedule. My wife is also pleased with Victor's cuts and colors.
