“The Endo my dentist referred me to did not take my Mutual of Omaha dental insurance. I have never had a root canal. I found Sterling Endodontics on the web, called them and they answered and verified they took my insurance. Scheduled an appointment for Dr. Seung / Glen Burnie. Alyssa from Sterling called the day before my appointment to confirm and provide me an estimate of my out of pocket. Finally found the office way around the back of the complex. We started right at my appointment time ++ They took some diagnostic Xrays before I saw Dr. Seung.. He ran a couple tests to verify my root was dead. Dr. Seung said the next step was a root canal. It would take 30 minutes. I said I’m here let’s do it! So he proceeded. Two painkiller injections, some drilling and lots of flushing and I was done in 30 minutes. No pain. Minor discomfort keeping my mouth propped open. Professional, Courteous, and Efficient. I was on my way home within an hour total. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STERLING.”
