I can't thank Henry and Stephanie enough. I came in with radiating pain in my leg with 3 goals: to be able to watch/play/carry my grandkids, to be able to work in my yard, and to avoid back surgery. They patiently worked with me to increase my core strength, improve my posture and develop good lifting technique. It will never be perfect because the underlying problem is still there, but I am able to carry 30 pounds of granddaughter, crawl on the floor with a 9 month old, and garden for 10 hours over 2 days. All wins and I know I don't express it adequately enough to them, but they and the entire staff were wonderful.

The staff at 4 Oaks are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Not only did they reduce my pain, they taught me many ways of continuing to manage it after my time with them ends so I have a greater understanding of my issues. Stephanie in particular was very patient in answering all of my questions and effectively treating my symptoms. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone suffering from pain that reduces their quality of life!

Highly recommend this location. They are attentive and great with scheduling in person or via text. Stephanie, Lauren, Henry, Maureen were the main therapists helping me out and they were extremely knowledgeable and informative. My issue definitely improved coming here, especially with all the other therapy assistants like Joe helping out. I would come back if my issue returns. Thanks guys!
