“My second plumbing repair with Catons. Water heater replacement. From start to finish EXCELLENT service and very efficient. Corey L took the initial call. He was very pleasant. Melissa dispatched the technician and Ram came out to assess. He arrived probably within 30min of me placing the call. I got the estimate which was very fair especially for the efficiency. Ram started disassembly promptly upon approval of the estimate. The entire process was completed in less than 3 hours and that included leaving to pick up the replacement heater.
