I cannot say enough about this entire team, from the plumbers on site to the front office staff. We had an urgent, knees-to-chest-hustle, situation due to a move in date and an issue with the gas service, and T&D rose to the occasion like no other company we've ever experienced. In the early days of attempting to navigate what needed to be done to get it straightened out, I can't say I wasn't a wreck, nearly in tears, but they have quickly, and efficiently, handled the problem from start to finish. We are not a handy household, and have had 0 experiences with permitting, city inspectors, or service restoration, and T&D was a literal god send reconciling the entire process....read full review

T&D Plumbing was contracted by NPL to disconnect, move and reconnect several A/C compressors as they did their work on the BGE gas line upgrade in my neighborhood in Bolton Hill. It was our great, good fortune to have had Jeff Martin and Ralph Collins to do the work for each of us. They both have a great sense of humor and respect each other beyond compare. They told each of us clearly and simply what they needed to do, what they saw in the condition of the units and assured us that the compressors would be fully functioning after their work is done. Had to call our plumber today, Jeannie took the call, and by luck had Charlie here within the hour. These folks are the absolute best. No nonsense, no upsale, fix what needs to be done and gone.
