“Zachary was sent to do my spring maintenance...a little late I know, life happens. He was very personable and thorough. Showed me pictures of every step he did. He said everything was good except my coolent pressures were high. It was bcs the unit was very dirty, had it not been discovered the high pressure would have caused major issues! Again explanation and pictures of the whole process. He even cleaned my return filters. Very pleased with the whole service. Will continue with Amazing and will definately ask for Zachary for my next maintenance in October!“

He said the company wanted to cover the repairs for free to make up for the oversight of the appointment scheduler and the a lesser experienced technician. Of all of the companies I contacted, including the one that typically services our unit, Abend was the only one available and willing to come out. They kept me up to date on their arrival time and even included a picture of who would be arriving. I also appreciated their use of shoe covers, as I don’t typically wear shoes in the home. “While getting our house ready to sell, an inspection showed a possible furnace issue. Tony came out after hours, which really helped since we needed a quick answer. He ran full furnace diagnostics and found that a safety switch had been shorted, likely from someone previously working around the unit. The part was ordered and replaced fast, and then the furnace was tested again to make sure everything was running safely and correctly. Jayden also checked for carbon monoxide and made sure the heat exchanger was not cracked or damaged. The furnace tested in a safe operating range, which gave us real peace of mind. As part of the service, Gavin checked the HVAC system performance, including airflow at the return and supply, and confirmed the air conditioning was working efficiently as well. The whole team was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. They explained the furnace repair clearly, responded quickly, and completed everything at a fair price. We were very pleased with the prompt service, thorough heating system inspection, and overall quality of the work. I would gladly use them again for future furnace repair or a full HVAC system replacement in our next home.“

“If I could give 10 stars, I would! We bought our 1937 home in 2013, which had an ancient 1992 heating and cooling system that was still in working order. Of course, we thought we should just replace the system to avoid any major issues. Fred talked us out of it, said the system was working fine, and in the event it failed, he'd swoop in and rescue us. Over the years, he had come out intermittently to service the system (wearing his crazy shoes!) with very minor, very reasonably priced repairs. Fast forward TEN YEARS LATER, the system finally died. Fred and his crew found us a well-priced Trane system, and his crew installed it in 2 days. We have them come out once a year to do maintenance on the system. While they were here, I walked out to find them polishing the outside unit. Who does that??“

“I originally utilized their services back in June 2023. Because of a roof inspection it was uncovered that the dryer vent was clogged. I contacted Duct Doctor and they sent a team to inspect the drier vent as well. Because the vent was very clogged, they agreed to clean it again; they felt that the previous cleaning was not completed properly. As a result there was no charge. This strengthens the integrity of the Duct Doctor business and I will definitely use them again. Kudos to Nitin“
