I'm in Alx. VA - Found these folks by calling Scotsman direct. Had 2 local vendors out 1st who could not solve the problem w/ my 2 yr old Scotsman DCE33. All Things team had it running like new in an hour. Would defn. call them again for this machine and others.

I don’t where to begin in describing how wonderful this company is. Don’t go to any other retailer-every single individual who works at All Things Air & Ice is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. I was having trouble with my Scotsman icemaker, and had 2 companies come out to try to repair it. Neither company was able to get it going. All things air and ice is a top tier Scotsman repairer and they repaired it quickly and even had parts on their truck.
