Last winter our HVAC system stopped working. And of course it was in the middle of winter. Contacted Pro-Tech based on the advice from a community Facebook group. Had had another company out previously that I wasn't thrilled with. The service was top notch. Chris wad friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Turns out the other company installed the wrong fuse in the outside unit and it was loose, which is why the system was shutting off.
