J.J. came to service our propane fireplace December 2023. Our fireplace had not been working for over a year. J.J. had wonderful manors, was patient and very professional while working on our fireplace. He was very thorough and was able to get the fireplace working properly. We have thoroughly enjoyed using our fireplace again and are very happy with Belair Engineering's service.

Excellent service was provided by Belair Engineering when they serviced our gas fireplace and furnaces. Technician Mark S. provided excellent customer service. He explained in detail any findings and results necessary. He also make recommendations on how we should move forward with upgrades and/or service agreements. We have been using Belair Engineering for more than 20 years and highly recommend this company.
