“Last winter our HVAC system stopped working. And of course it was in the middle of winter. Contacted Pro-Tech based on the advice from a community Facebook group. Had had another company out previously that I wasn't thrilled with. The service was top notch. Chris wad friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Turns out the other company installed the wrong fuse in the outside unit and it was loose, which is why the system was shutting off. My experience last winter sold me on the fact that I would never call another HVAC company besides Pro-Tech.Fast forward to this winter. Lost our heat again. Completely different issue, our thermostat decided to die on us, but wasn't sure why the system had stopped working at the time. Called Pro-Tech again and Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue, help me find a new thermostat that would work with the wiring and harness already present and gave me detailed instructions on setting up the new system once it arrived via Amazon. So we have heat again!Take my advice. If you need HVAC service and want a company you can trust, this is who you should call.“

I can assure anyone looking for a plumber or A/C technician there is no service like W.L Statons. Not only did they respond to my request immediately, I had a technician at my house the very next day every single time. Steve, Joe T, Derick and Joe B ALL provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were not just met, but exceeded. Special shout out to Joe B for working on a leak we had on a Saturday morning and being patient with my children as they wanted to “provide payment” - he is incredible! Overall, 10/5 for customer service and services rendered. Highly recommend.“

“I needed a quick repair of my heat pump to fix a couple of problems found by a home inspector prior to selling my house. After finding a coupon online for a different company that came out and gave me a very expensive bid, I decided to look for a local company. I found and contacted Wehn HVAC yesterday afternoon. Wehn came and fixed my heat pump today for less than 1/3 of the cost of the other company. The job Wehn did appears to be high quality. He gave me a detailed write up of what he did that should satisfy the relocation company I'm working with. I am happy and grateful to Wehn-HVAC for providing such quick and fine service a fair price. A quick example: for one small 5 minute part of the repair, the other company quoted me $287. Wehn did that part for $10.“

Diagnosed and explained the problem, gave me the expected cost, went right to work to get the problem solved, and left not a trace that he’d even been in the house. “Got a messed up quote from another company. Gave these guys a call. I had rob give me a call with a exact time that he would be at my house to write up a quote. Not these 4 hour time windows. Told him exactly want I wanted and he gave me two different options and was fair with me. Signed the contract same day that rob gave me the quote. He answered all my questions in a timely fashion.The install team. Matt and Chris did a awesome job. Was professional. Showed me why the old unit broke and answered all my questions. Cleaned up behind themselves. And made sure to make me aware of anything that needed my attention. Very impressed.Thank you“

“Called David E White after another company was unable to resolve a very stubborn clog in the kitchen drain line. David fielded the call personally at 7:30 in the morning and had 2 team members here at 10:00AM. After 90 minutes the kitchen sink was back in business and the job was done. Very nice and polite plumbers (Rick and Danny) explained the process as they went, answered questions I had, and accomplished what the other company could not after a 3 hour try the night before. I will be calling them for future work here for sure. Also, the price was extremely fair, less than half the original quote that the other company had given me. Will be my first call from now on.“
