“Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care.After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater. He gave us instructions for registering the water heater with HTP so we could get the free extended warranty. All in all, an excellent job! Thanks Chris. It's so hard to find a good plumber. I called G&C and they quickly scheduled me an appointment, and even came a day earlier since they were in the area. Casey was very nice and even though he was unable to fix the issue without an electrician first he was quick to give me a recommendation. An entire new 2 zone heating system installed, baseboard all 8 rooms. Guys were prompt, professional and courteous. House was left in good condition.
