Casey was great to work with. He came very quickly and on time to fix our hot water problem. I was very impressed with how he diagnosed the issue, answered all of my questions, and made recommendations for next steps.
I was thoroughly impressed and 100% recommend.
Finally, I wanted to stress how courteous he was and how conscientious he was in treating my house. (always putting on booties to keep the floors clean, gently opening and closing doors, etc.)
