Thrasher came out and did an amazing job replacing our old heating and air conditioning system. I did not have an hvac company that I had worked with before so I ended up calling a few different companies and got a few different quotes. Tom, the guy that came out, told us during the estimate that the old furnace that was in the home when we bought it was way too large for the amount of square footage in the house, and he recommended some relocations of the exhaust pipe and condenser so we can extend our deck in the future like we wanted. Came to my rescue when an outside pipe/hose sprung a huge leak! Water was gushing everywhere. They walked me through the way to shut it off and came over to repair it within a couple of hours. Thank you!!Service: Plumbing leak detection

Heat was not working upstairs. Came and resolved problem and took time and explained everything. Very friendly and now heat works great throughout house. Called them again to get a new water heater and no problems...professional and job was done right. Reasonable price. Would highly recommend.
