Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care.After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater. Chris and his team are great and easy to work with. They replaced 2 hose spigots for me quickly and at a far more reasonable price than I was quoted by some bigger local companies. They also fixed a leaky valve on my water main. Responsive, high quality, and fairly priced work - what more can you ask for?

Chris was excellent. We had a pipe burst in our ceiling, and he was at our house within an hour and had it repaired in a very short amount of time. He was also really helpful and educational with other aspects of the house and plumbing such as pointing out a flaw in the installation of our water heater which was a health hazard that he fixed for us.
