Don once again saved the day for me, with a quick response and by showing up the next morning to have a look at my furnace, which was starting to make some noise from the blower area. I had others suggesting that the motor or the ball bearings were going, all costly fixes (from listening to a recording of the sound). Don thought it was more of an intake airflow issue, and asked me to try dropping down the air filter MERV rating from the 10 and 12 which I had been using. I went out and bought a MERV 6 rating filter, which is fine for my needs and the condo. The noise went away. A quick visit and solid advice!
