Dave the Surveyor was immediately available and super helpful. He took the time to explain the oil furnace system, tiger loop, and different tank options. He gave me a quote during his visit so I didn’t have to wait. The women at the office were able to schedule me within a week so I had no worries on waiting. The crew showed up and got the job done within 3 hours. They had the fire department come over to double check and sign off before they left. Everything is spotless. “My drive way has an incline and freezes. With last weeks freezing rain , it was bad. Of course it was frigid out and oil was low.
The delivery guy tried several times to get all the way up. Intake is on the opposite side of the house, to no avail. So he parked and blocked it and pulled the hose all the way back, in the snow, to make that delivery. Can't say enough!!
