We could not be happier with Preferred Air. Every facet of our full heat replacement from oil to a new heat pump and new A/C went flawlessly. Brian our lead was professional and prompt with a fair quote. The installation team led by Sal and Brendan were on time and always left the job clean. Chris in the office was friendly responsive and on point. A+ I would highly recommend!

We came back from an overseas vacation to find our furnace was running out of control and overheating our condo.Preferred air sent two top notch mechanics and solved the problem the day they came and solved the problem by replacing the thermostat.KUDOSVery prompt courteous and professional.

Preferred Air recently performed a full replacement of my forced air heat pump system. This was in November of 2022. They performed the work on the exact timeline that was stated. Everyone on the install team was great. We had a minor issue this week with the system. They had a tech at our house in less than 24 hours to address it. The issue turned out to be with an older part of the system, unrelated to the install they had performed. They fixed the issue quickly and everything was working again. Really can't ask for, or expect, any higher level of service. Highly recommended.
