Reviews
Mike provided service for me today and was ,by far ,the most thorough, competent, and respectful technician i have ever experienced in any context. Ask for Mike from Dry Air, which in itself, is a stellar company with great prices, exceptional customer service, and humane treatment of its own employees.
Decided to replace my fairly new system as it had several problems over the last few years with freezing up and constantly running. They actually took the time to take measurements and determined my return ductwork caused most of the problem, and didn’t just throw a new system at it. Gave several different options ranging in price and willing to answer questions. They cleaned up my disaster of ductwork in my basement and swapped systems out. Very happy and highly recommend.
